Logging In to 55jj — What You Need to Know
Logging in to your 55jj account is straightforward — enter the mobile number you registered with and your password, and you're in. If you've enabled two-step verification, which is recommended, you'll also receive a one-time code on your registered number. That code is required to complete the login and it expires quickly, so enter it as soon as it arrives.
Your 55jj login works across all devices. Whether you're on the website from a laptop, using the mobile browser on your phone during a PSL match, or logged in through the dedicated 55jj app — it's the same account, same balance, same active bets. You can switch devices mid-session without losing anything. If you leave a bet open and check back later from a different device, your bet and its current status will be exactly as you left it.
The platform logs out inactive sessions automatically after a set period. This is a security feature to protect your account in case your phone is left unattended. If you come back to find you've been logged out, just enter your credentials again — your balance and open bets are untouched. Auto-logout does not affect any bets that were placed before the session timed out; they continue running normally.
Password security: Use a password that you don't use for anything else — not your JazzCash PIN, not your email password. 55jj support staff will never ask you for your password. If anyone requests your password by message or phone, treat it as a scam attempt and report it to live chat immediately.
If you've forgotten your password, the reset option is available on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number, receive a reset code via SMS and follow the steps to create a new password. The process takes under two minutes. If you've also lost access to your registered mobile number, contact support via live chat with identity details and they'll guide you through account recovery.
For players who prefer the app, the 55jj mobile app supports saved login for quicker access — you can authenticate with a PIN or biometric login on supported devices rather than entering your full credentials every session. One thing worth keeping in mind — only one active session per account is supported at a time. If you log in from a second device while already logged in elsewhere, the older session will be terminated. This is normal behaviour and is part of the account security model. If you notice unexpected logouts on your primary device, change your password immediately and contact support to review recent login activity on your account.
Account sharing is not permitted. Your 55jj account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials with another person — or allowing someone else to place bets from your account — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
