55jj Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 55jj, accessing any part of the platform through the website or mobile app, or placing a bet or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 55jj platform.

3. Registration and Identity Verification

Registering an account on 55jj requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a working email address and to set a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 55jj will never ask for your password via live chat, email or phone.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, 55jj requires identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the standard accepted document for Pakistani players.

55jj does not accept cryptocurrency, international payment services or payment methods that cannot be verified against your registered identity. Any deposit received from an unrecognised or unverifiable source may be held for review and potentially returned to the origin account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account at any time after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing timeframes are shown on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• 55jj does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Your receiving payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the finance team before processing. Requests that match standard KYC-verified parameters are approved quickly. Requests that trigger additional checks may require brief additional verification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared any applicable bonus conditions are withdrawable.

6. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

55jj reserves the right to accept, partially accept or refuse any bet at its discretion. Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed (for example, due to a connection drop before confirmation) are not valid.

Bet Settlement

• All bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing sports body — for PSL and cricket, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the ICC for international matches.

• In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted — not at the time the bet was placed if there was a delay in acceptance.
• Obvious pricing errors do not have to be honoured by 55jj. If a market price is clearly incorrect due to a technical error, 55jj reserves the right to void bets placed at that price.

Accumulators and Combination Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to be paid out. If any selection is voided (e.g., due to a match abandonment), that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections continue as a reduced accumulator.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

55jj offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions tied to events like the PSL season. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are stated on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet a stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus clears.
• Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino games and live casino tables may carry different contribution percentages, stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not cleared within the bonus validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address and payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times across different accounts is treated as bonus abuse.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Account Suspension and Closure
